Located in Vail’s Glen Lyon subdivision, this Primary/Secondary duplex was designed as a ‘speculative’ project for a local developer. Situated on a sloping triangular shaped property, the building had unique design challenges. Key to the project’s success was to create separation and individual street access while maximizing all zoning allowances.
