Segerberg Mayhew Architects Resort, Lodge, and Residential Architects in Vail, Colorado

Located adjacent to the Vail Valley Medical Center, this project was situated along the Gore Creek waterway in one of Vail's oldest neighborhoods. Designed as a duplex structure with an employee housing unit, the Town of Vail planning staff considered this project an excellent example of primary/secondary architectural design which fit well into the architectural fabric of the community.
