The original owners of this 27 year old house in Vail desired a major refurbishment to their legacy property. Both existing interior and exterior building features and finishes were respectfully considered to create a more updated and fresher overall feel to the house. Working closely with the owner, the contractor, Shaeffer Hyde Construction and the interior designer, Associates III, made for a successful building team.
