Segerberg Mayhew Architects Resort, Lodge, and Residential Architects in Vail, Colorado

The Marriott's Streamside at Vail is a timeshare project under the management of the Marriott Vacation Club International. Described as a "classic propery" of five buildings with club amenities, the resort is well located in the Vail Valley. However, the buildings were in need of major refurbishment both to their interior and exterior. A freshly conceived design theme was established with the owners to create common goals and objectives for upgrading the property. The building façades, along the with their interiors, were reworked using traditional mountain lodge architectural elements and finishes to achieve a lasting character for the buildings.
