one arrowhead place

One Arrowhead Place serves as a multi-use facility at the base of Arrowhead Mountain. The project consists of two separate buildings with twenty six wholly owned condominiums built over a below grade parking structure. Located between the buildings and above the parking garage, a landscaped skier/pedestrian plaza was created to serve as a gathering and access space to the mountain via the Arrowbahn ski lift. The plaza integrates with the village pedestrian pathway system by means of open-air building passageways. Indoor and outdoor dining is provided by the Broken Arrow Cafe which primarily serves noon day meals and drinks to skiers at the mountain base.
