Segerberg Mayhew Architects Resort, Lodge, and Residential Architects in Vail, Colorado

Flagstaff is a thirty seven unit luxury condominium lodge at the Empire Pass Village in Deer Valley, Utah. The building is comprised of two and three bedroom units offering the finest in ski-in and ski-out amenities. Floor plans were carefully studied with all team members in the early phases of the project to create a perceived sense of spaciousness and a connection to the surrounding mountain environment. The use of 10' ceiling heights and multiple plan shifts to the building footprint gave opportunities to increase the number of view planes from each unit. An arts and craft design theme using deep and rich color tones was established throughout the project. Spaces were exquisitely detailed with even the kid's bunkroom boosting pull-down TV screens.
