Completed in the spring of 2007, Beaver Creek Landing is a mixed-use condominium development of fifty-two 2&3 bedroom units at the west portal to the Beaver Creek Resort. The project was designed in two separate buildings that share an indoor amenities area including an outdoor pool and spa. A small commercial and skier services center is accessed by a pedestrian plaza at the building's ground level. Each building has below grade garage parking. The building site serves as a major transportation hub between two lift terminals connecting Beaver Creek Mountain and the Town of Avon.
