spraddle creek residence 2

This home is built on an extremely steep site in the Spraddle Creek subdivision across from Vail Mountain. Much of the design inspiration comes from the "Provence Style" architecture seen throughout southern France. Simple building forms are used to express the building spaces while stone, stucco, and tile make up the major palette of exterior materials. Integral, colored, plastered walls and ceilings, combined with a slightly unrefined yet bold millwork package, give an old world feeling to the home's interiors.
