Segerberg Mayhew Architects Resort, Lodge, and Residential Architects in Vail, Colorado

The Paintbrush project is a group of ten custom, single family residences, located just outside of Park City, Utah in the newly created Empire Pass Village Community. The design theme for this development grew from an appreciation of the Arts and Crafts Architecture of the 19th and 20th centuries. Two unit types were designed to accommodate both uphill and downhill site conditions. Each residence has exclusive ski-in and ski-out access to the Deer Valley ski area.
